 Does it ever happen to anyone here that they get an alert in their email saying "New Letter at Unity" but there is no new message in your inbox here? It just happened to me a few minutes ago - and it is not the first time. On my "alerts box" it doesn't show anyone having written me a message. I hope not - I hate not returning my messages. Rob |
Hi! I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I assume the problem is as follows.. some spammers send you messages and, of course, you get a notification to your mail box about a new message on Unity. However, if a spammer and his/her spam messages were reported, all the letters sent by this member go into the trash, and that's why when you log into Unity you don't see any messages. |
Lyubov - this has happened to me twice now since you wrote this, both times from normal, non-spamming members who are still here. Both times I had to ask them to send this to my normal email. Is this happening to anyone else here? Rob |
