Message Error change profil

When I modify profil of member, i have this error message

Hello!

First of all need to ask hosting about "safe_mode or an open_basedir". Also - plz specify what exactly u make in profile because pedit.php don't use bx_file_get_contents function directly, but maps and walls modules have similar calling.
