Menu Builder Not functioning

Hi guys, My menu bar is not function all I see are two rotating images the first one is titled "Active Items"

and the second one reads "all items" no action can be taken on this page what should I do?Thank

same here.. the ray news block on the homepage does the same aswell

Its due to a javascript error as i have a warning triangle appear on my browser window, just got to figure out why
