Membership module

I've posted in the forums, searched the forums, searched tutorials, searched the wide web and can't find an answer so I'm assuming this is a bug that I'm experiencing.

Part 1.

When a member updates their membership, it doesn't show in the main admin panel as the upgraded membership level, although it does show correctly on their profile. I've attached images for you to see what I am talking about. The member I'm using as an example upgraded to the top level membership that we call "Elite Class Snob". However in the admin panel list of members, it shows her membership as our default membership: "Just Joined." To add to the confusion, it DOES show correctly when I click the list of "Elite Class Snob" memberships, she is listed there and next to her name is the correct membership.

Part 2.

I can't find anywhere to edit or even just document the Item number that Dolphin attributes to our various membership levels when communicating with Paypal...

I need to be able to figure out how they're labeling the levels. Paypal says the payment is for "Item #6" - but no where is anything designated with "Item #6"! I've looked at everywhere the membership levels are listed and none of them correspond and I've looked in the database and there's no ID for 6 (the various membership mods means that I've had to add, delete, readd, edit the membership levels an insane number of times). So my questions on this part are twofold:

Can I edit the way it shows up on Paypal's end so it corresponds w/ what shows up on my Admin panel or database?

or

Can I edit the way it shows up on the Admin Panel so it corresponds w/ pp?

Thank you!

Another semi-related glitch - when I go to look at payments  I can only see the 1st page of payments, if I click the "next" error, it sends me to my user payment account outside of the admin module entirely. Not surprisingly I don't see the member's payments here. I really need to be able to track payments and this is another issue for doing that. Help?

This glitch was fixed in 7.0.7 upgrade. Thank you.

Hello

Part 1. Did you test it under Dolphin 7.0.7? If the problem is still there we would need to investigate the issue directly on your site. If it's OK with you, could you please provide us eith FTP, CPanel and Dolphin admin panel access info. You may send it via BoonEx Unity internal mailbox.

Part 2. The info which is sent to PayPal was updated in Dolphin 7.0.7 too. Check it please.

Part 1. No, now when I click the specific member level in my admin panel no one shows up at all (for example, in the images of the "Elite Class Snobs" in the admin panel - there is no one listed even though it shows that there are currently several members in that membership level) . In addition, the members who were incorrectly designated are still incorrectly designated (for example, the rest of the images attached still apply)

Part 2. No one has purchased a membership since we upgraded. However, my question here still stands - I don't know where to find these attributes to check them. I don't know what the "item" name/number is sent to paypal or what the name/number of the "item" sold to my members is called in the Dolphin system. Has this been changed so that it now says the membership level as I've named it? Is there a place where I can see what these are?

Something that has changed in 7.0.7 is that I can now change the wrong membership level by correcting it to the right one (the one that is showing other spots on the site) and it will stick in the admin panel.  So that's good.  Not so good having to track down all of the instances of the errors in order to change them (been through 100 members and had to fix 20 of them so far).  I'll leave at least one in place for troubleshooting, though.  In the hope that this is something that can be fixed and not something I'll have to manually update in the admin pages forever!

maybe this might be something where they would have to log out, then log bac in to finally show up??? Just a thought. Gotta get my butt to work though.

Our first membership purchase just came through and YAY! It's finally pulling the name/length of the membership for the paypal transaction. Thank you!
