Membership Problem

so I uninstalled everything and a version 7.2 installed since it works
if I install the 7.3 so I lack in the member bar of the basket of the shopping cart
I am now a bit overwhelmed

the shopping cart will show up if you have the payments module installed - whether anything is in your cart or not. so, if your payment module is installed and you are not getting the cart in the member menu - then something went awry with your upgrade.

I have now re-installed the 7.3 version
now everything works as it should
was probably a mistake in the installation or so
in any case it works now
