I am not quite sure about Membership - starter, advanced and prime? I am prime but not sure much.

Second, I have got Permanent licence but I did reset and nothing on it and I don`t know how to update with website?

Third, If I have permanent licence, can I remove the Boonex Ads/logo on my website? If yes, How?

First of all, Dolphin will see that the site is licensed and automatically remove the bug and logos and the admin nag.

To register a site to the permanent license, you simply enter it in the admin section of the site and it will automatically connect to Boonex licensing server and register the domain to the license.

Thank you Geek_Girl, The problem I am having is, the license is unregister and website has got the boonex logos on it. I go to the admin but does not say anything. where can I go and edit those things?

When you first log into Admin for Dolphin directly, do you get a screen that has a message. See image.

• Make sure you are logged out
• Go directly to Admin. www.yoursite.com/administration
• login page, click login
• the next page will ask to register your copy

Hope that does it.

If that doesn't work, you should have a tab in your admin panel that says "License". see image. You may need to enter your license there if you are using a preregistered website.

Thank you for your respond, both are unable to me do things. It is pre-registered website but I can`t do both. I looked my license it says unregister and looking the website, I can`t find it. It is asking to upgrade into permanent licence but goes to straight into licence packages.

Any other ways to rectify please.

There is a box to the left in the admin page that says License.  If you click on that it will show your current license or allow you to enter a license.  You may need to take some screen shots so we can get an idea of what you are seeing so we can better help you.

Oh. You have a older version of dolphin.

Ok. Do this.

Go into Admin->Settings-Advanced Settings->Variables.  Look for Dolphin License Code:. Remove the current code. SAVE. Then clear your dolphin cache and logout.

Then log back in through the admin back entrance. yoursite.com/administration

It should prompt for the license code when you log back in.


In the future do not use the general and presale forum to ask for help. If you posted in the dolphin 7.0 forum we would have known you were using a older version because of what forum you posted in.
