Why did the message on screen in Blogs and Chat, "Your current membership (Standard) doesn't allow you to use Ray chat or Blogs."?

How can I change all members can allow to use both?

Look into memberships levels at admin centre

take a look in admin>settings>membership levels... click on the standard membership, this will open up all the actions that member level can do, all you do is add (via the drop down menu "add action") use blog, chat, or whatever else you want.
