Members have to wait 1 minute before sending another e-mail.

i know this has been discussed and resolved before but I search the forums for an hour and I couldn't find anything.

Does anyone know how to delete that feature so members will no longer have to wait a minute?

Administration -> Settings -> Membership Levels -> Actions (beside level you want to change) -> Send Messages

You can change it to whatever you want.
