Member+member contact charge fee implementation?

Hi!

I am looking for cms where I can most easily implement charging an amount of money for being able to contact other member. Like someone looks through lists of groups, able to see profile, but not able to communicate until paypal action. It is not about premium membership I think, as it allows to enable communication feature for the whole list of users, but I want only one connection by payment to be allowed. And for a limited amount of time. Is it possible with Dolphin? 

With Dolphin you can only create membership (even for one day) and allow members with this membership to contact all other members. To purchase only one particular member contact information - you need some custom modification.
