Question concerning membership restrictions. If I restrict a member to upload one sound. They upload the sound, then delete the sound. Shouldn't they be able to upload another sound since they would have reset their quota or am I wrong?
I know right now it will not allow another upload so I am just wondering if this is working as intended. This issue is the same across all restrictions, I am just using sounds as the example.
