Member Delete Check for Admin Backend

I want to add a member delete check for the admin backend.  It is a bit scary deleting accounts using the admin backend.  It would be nice for an alert "Are you sure you want to delete member XXXX" yes/no instead of it just doing it.  I worry that I will end up deleting the wrong account and that visual feedback does help.

I am facing this exact problem today.  I accidentally deleted a member's account yesterday when removing some spam accounts; luckily I have a backup and can restore the account but the files and such will be lost.  The admin delete just does the action without a confirm.  What is needed is when you choose a member, or several members, a confirm delete listing the accounts that will be removed so you can do a double check before hitting the Delete button.

I am guessing that I will have to hunt around and code this in myself.
