Media Server RMS

Hello

We have set up RMS and and have followed all the installation procedure, however RMS cant respond to requests

Any one any idea whats going wrong? 

All the ports are open.

did you add your domain to the access.dat file?

Can you access $IP:5080 (where $IP is the server's IP address)?

i had added   the domain . 

I have a question here the domain should end with  "  ;   "    or  simply without .

And  i cant access  the port 5080 via browser, imean   ip:5080

but i have opened the ports via ssh.  but still not wrking.

just the domain url.. and only one per line as in:

domain.com

domain2.net

you can find out what ports you do have open and change them to use those ports instead..
