Match Notification - Not able to disable

Hi, I've already unchecked Match Notification at Admin Panel. But my members still feedback that they keep receiving a lot of match notification which is extremely annoying. How can I stop it? How to remove this match notification all together?

I'm having the same problem... why isn't anyone responding?

I assume you are taking about cupid?  There is another thread around here somewhere about this, and someone came up with the idea to just set the match percent really high - like 110 percent or something.

To get rid of these cupid emails not working in the way it has to work (since 6.1.0), delete the cron job for cupid.php

Just in case you are like me and have not yet even figured out waht a CRON job is, a few weeks ago I had the same problem and, just as was said above, I set the match percentage to be over 100 and to date I have not seen a cupid email.

To stop all these matching mails going out, I unticked the options in admin panel and set the match figure at 300.  This did the trick.
