The emails wat i'm send will not comming in the mailbox from the members.

How can this problem make.

You can reach Cron jobs settings from your server admin panel (CPanel, DirectAdmin,...)

You have to add the cron jobs on your server. For linux use the cronjobs in your admin panel. For windows you can use a scheduled task.
