Mass mailer

I want to send email by mass mailer to all users of my site (~11000), i choose all of them, but when i press "send" there are 6320 emails on queue only. What is wrong?

Members must subscribe to the "newsletter" before they will be sent the email from the "mass mailer".  The subscribe thing is NOT the "site notifications"; they are different.  Subscriptions are handled in the account page - subscriptions.

There is a forum topic about this if you can find it.  You would have to subscribe all your members to the mass mailer.  In the USA, there is the Can Spam Act although I don't know where you are located.
