Mass mailer

I don't get it. How this would be suppose to work?

When i submit message, then send it to all members etc.. They show up on queue, but it doesn't send them?

The most popular reason for the mass mailer not working is the cron job wasn't setup during install or it wasn't setup correctly.

Have you managed to solve this issue?

I have the same one: I even used the host with cPanel especially to try to set up the cron jobs and see if mass mailer works. I'm doing everything that is written in this forum and nothing works - the queue has some emails, then I empty the queue and I'm getting no e-mails :/

What else can be wrong than the cron jobs?

 1. You need to be sure that Cron is working. I had deal with Cron issue on client's host. cPanel showed that cron job was installed correctly, but nothing happened. When we contacted with Hosting provider they told that Cron was disabled for the host from their end.

2. If Cron is working enter the correct email in cPanel -> Cron and check the reports from the system. May be some PHP error takes place during some cron job execution.
