Mass mail to uncormied users

Hi All,

I need a way to send mails to unconfirmed users that probably just ignored the confirmation mail or it went to their spam folder....

baring the fact that I could get mail delivery fail message or it could go to spam again, I would still like to re-send the confirmation message.

do you know a module that i can buy/install or do you have an useful tip on that?
