Mass Mailer not working 6.1.6

Hi, all:

I am using Mass Mailer for the first time and my email I am trying to send out just sits in the queue. How do I get Mass Mailer to send emails from the queue?

Anyone have an answer to this important question? Thank you!

Am I supposed to change the email notify to 1?

Hi, did you ever get a sensible answer to this or manage to get it working yourself?  Support seems a little thin on the ground when you actually need it.
