Mass Mailer not working

I need help with the Mass Mailer in my site is not working this is the cron Im running

*****/usr/local/bin/php -q /home/glider/public_html/mysite.com/periodic/cron.php

and this is an email im getting back

/bin/sh: /home/glider/public_html/mysite.com/periodic

: is a directory
Could not open input file: cron.php

I am assuming by that cron path that you have this site installed in a sub-directory outside of the 'root' correct?

If this is the only website you have installed on your server, then normally you wouldn't have the 'mysite.com' part of this path. You would have just :

*****/usr/local/bin/php -q /home/glider/public_html/periodic/cron.php
