Mass Mailer not sending all emails

Hi,

I sent a mass email they all go to the queue and i have it set to send 20 at a time.

I ran the cron.php manually and 20 went, then ran it again and 20 went again but then it stopped and I can't get any more to go.

Anyone know what would cause this ?

None of our emails are working on any contact, messaging or email function

Please could you set to send by one email per run, then look at the end of sys_sbs_queue table to identify exactly where it stops, post the data which stops queue processing here, so we can reproduce and fi the problem.

Check the following:

- if SMTP mailer module is installed and properly configured

- check spam folder maybe it is there 

Mine is sorted now, it was my host. Took 3 different engineers to find the problem :-(
