Mass Mailer and Cron

I realize that this is some other setting outside of D7 but when I use the mass emailer, Cron emptys the queu but it won't see emails.  Cron runs without an error but I get a cron report with this in the email;

"No recipeint addresses found in header"

Can anyone help?  I tried finding where the issue lies but haven't been able to so far.

It's an internal Dolphin issue because it happened to me last night. I didn't realise it meant no emails were sent until I saw your post.

Did you find anything that would help this issue yet?  Been working on it all day.  Still nothing.

The weird thing is that any non-cron'd emails go thru ok.  Confirmation, etc.
