Mass Mailer Issue

A couple of questions please.

Why is it when i sent out Mass Email to all members only a fraction of them went in the queue?

Also in the Profile Edit page, the Mass Email Check Box is unchecked as default, no matter what I do in the block (profile blocks in admin) I cannot get the check mark to show as the default.

Kindly help please.

Any one have ideas?

how is that profile edit check box appear? is there any mod for that or by default? I can't find it..............:(

Admin>Builder>Profile  Fields>Edit Profile> You will find a block called EmailNotify - this is the one
