Mass Mailer - Importing Users issues

Hi,
So, I've recently invested in D7 after using a previous community based system. I've spent many hours painstakingly importing data from the old system to the new. However, I've run into a problem with the mass mailer. I've imported all my previous subscribers into the table sys_sbs_users but only 3 of the subscribers are showing in the admin panel. I know 3 of my members already signed up for the mass mailer prior to me doing this so I don't think the number 3 is a coincidence but I can't see what else I need to change to get D7 admin/mass mailer to recognise I have 67 subscribers in the table. Any ideas?

Thanks,
Mark

Hi,

You should look at database: Profiles -> EmailNotify and change the value from 0 to 1 for the Profiles you think should receive site notifications.

Another place to look at: sys_sbs_users  here are users that can be edited from: Admin dashboard -> Tools -> Mass Mailer -> Manage Subscribers

I hope that help.

Greetings

Mayki,
Thank you. I've checked the EmailNotify  field in the Profiles table, they are all listed as 1. All the subscribers are listed in sys_sbs_users are mentioned before.

Have you try to send a mass mail? You are unable to see from mass mailer how many users are going to be on the list until you compose and before you actualy sent mass mail you will have an option to chose to whom to send and you'll get info about how many subscribers you've got.

Yes, it did nothing I'm afraid

Strange.

Are you sure you've composed and saved template? Only after this two steps you can start to send mass mail and of course see number of recipients...

If you did that then I can't think of any other solution
