What happened to the ability to add the mass emails we want to send out as html code? You are now unable to to edit the HTML code while you are there writitng your own mass emails nor did the copy and pasting of a letter previously written in HTML transfer all the styling over completely.
This is very important as crappy looking mass emails tend to be refused more often than not.
