Market needs a Search option

Market really needs a good search option for both tags and the actual mods themselves.  As it stands now we have to go through pages of tags or pages of mods to find something we might be able to use.  This lack of basic market functionality is NOT good user design and should be rectified immediately.

A search would be nice. Based on Antons blog post, i think they intend to stick with tags instead of adding a set of fixed categories as suggested.

Well the tags can easily be turned into categories by simply increasing the number of preset tags and removing the members ability to add their own. That would at least keep things somewhat organized.

If they stick with tags they still need to make the dang things searchable.  There are hundreds of tags already and they sort only by "popularity" over x period.  This makes no sense, there should be an option to sort by name, or something to help people find stuff in the market.  As it stands now, market is very haphazard and lacking any organization to find anything not listed on the first 3 pages.

Need to add to this as finding anything in the market is a complete and absolute failure on Boonex's part to make it in any way useful.  Even if they stick to the tags system those need to be searchable!

Right now you might be lucky to page through the tags to find something that you can use, you can't search the tags.  But what about those people who mistag items?  This is extremely user-unfriendly, dare I say, sadistic?

How are we supposed to post the jobs in there, tag it as Job post and hope someone looking to do the work will page through all the tags to find that one?

Yeah I actually created a job on Freelancer for a project that was already solved by a mod here in the market.  It doesn't do the mod creaters justice if people cant find what they created.

Still though, I do appreciate at least some marketplace but like I said, it would be nice to be able to search.
