i get this request tons of times every now and then ,
i fiend it unfair for ppl to keep paying for a single number change in the database..
here is how it can be done ..
open phpmyadmin (or any mysql manager that you use)
and select your database
tip :
if you forgot what it's called go to the header.ini.php file and search for " $db['db'] " with out the double . this should be around line (65)
now go to sys_profile_fields
fiend Avatar row and hit edit and change Mandatory from 0 to 1
now if needed clear the cache and every thing will be good ..
