Mandatory Avatar?

When new members not select avatar either by not choosing to make their uploaded photo, or select from the available avatars, then their avatars remain grayed until they later choose to add one. Is there anyway to make it mandatory to select avatar? Or even force their uploaded photo to be their avatar if they didn't make one? Some do forget to selest their avatar selection and don't bother to change it later....hate having grayed avatars in members block.

Same question: I have many members who forgot to upload an AVATAR and I need as an Admin to upload for them the Avatar when they are new members

1. Is there a way as an Admin to login into there account and change the Avatar
2. what is the best way to force them to upload anavatar or when uploading there profile photo to be the avatar also ?

Hi, here a topic about this, can be make the mandatory photoprofile field on the join page, but still little problem...

Or if you want to enable (but not made mandatory) the avatars before the member confirm they e-mail, take a look here ...

There was a free mod in the market for this, but it looks like it no longer exists.
