Manage Membership Levels

If u try to set Manage Membership Levels /Non-member and enable Vote  once u log out and become non-member (visitator)  u can't vote any profile  !! even u have set vote enable for non-member !

i must say this is exactly what i would expect you to post when something has been reported and then fixed. the ability for one to find the fix, prior to the release of the patch or next set of files. please continue on this approach, and you will not hear many more complaints from me.

all tickets that have been generated and the fix applied should as a prudent development team, come with an answer to the forums and provide the changeset. why would i suggest such a thing instead of going to trac myself and looking for the answer, well let me see, the time consumption would be great, the time i would use looking to see if something has been fixed, and if it has been fixed was there a change set provided, and if there is a changeset  has any others tested and confirmed the fix works?

at any rate, this response was appreciative.
