Make Featured Missing from Photos

Somewhere during the past couple of weeks, I seem to have lost the Make Featured and Remove from Featured from the Photos.   I cannot locate it in the SYS_OBJECTS_ACTIONS table.  I don't know if it was during the 7.0.4 upgrade.  Can anyone assist me with adding it back in?

you must be seeing things..check every modules/boonex/photos/install/sql/install.sql and tell me where you see any insert for any version..you wont find it...doesnt exist
