Main Page of Site is DEAD! Will not update.

Everthing had been working fine on my installation of Dolphin until one day when the main page of the site stopped updating. I don't recall making any changes to anything nor did I add any mods. Everthing mysteriously came to a halt.

Here's what happens now....

1) When members login, they no longer show as online on the main page

2) If  a member is logged in and they go to the main page, they are logged out and have  to log back in

3) New uploaded videos no longer show in the new videos block on the main page BUT when you click VIDEOS at the top menu, they DO show.

4) When I remove a html block via the Page Builder...it stays on the main page anyway

If anyone has any suggestions that might fix this problem, I'd sure appreciate the help.

Definitely a weird one. Sounds like you may have some file corruption along with permission problems going on with your site. I don't want to jump to conclusions but there may be some things you need to check out.

1) - If you have a recent backup of a "working" version, then you may want to restore the files to see if that eliminates the problem.

2) - Worse case scenario is that your site may have been compromised in some way. Have you had any members sign up recently that maybe you didnt know? Like they put in gibberish for a description, address, etc.. You can check your files for a possible infection that was posted here:

This should provide a starting point that you can check.

No luck on this.

The site is still sitting unable to be used properly.

Any other ideas on this anyone?
