Mailer for upcoming events

Is there a module, third party integration or script that would, on a weekly basis, email members a list of all of the events starting over the next seven days? It would need to filter on members that have "subscribed" to these reports. There also has to be some way of avoiding the label of "spam agent"

I've been able to do it manually with mass mailer but the process takes too much time to do weekly. Moreover, the mailer needs to be well formatted or we would lose the member's interest.
