This error is due to the tinymce being absent, due to this the won't be sent. To over come this open ur compose message page and inspect the body element at the bottom-right corner of the screen you'll find a cross click it and it will show you the errors it show on which line the error is, open that line and see the path of tiny_mce._gzip.js. If the path is incorrect either you can correct the path or rename the folder in pulgins. The your tinymcegzip.js file is also corrupt. In that case open this site 'http://tinymce.moxiecode.com/download/download.php', and download the compressor package for pHp. Upload and replace your tiny_mce_gzip.js on the server with this one.
You are all done now. It will start working.
