MP3 player keeps saying "loading" - never stops.

HERE IS THE PROBLEM:

1. I click on MUSIC from the top menu.

2. I select a song to play

3. It opens the users profile music gallery who loaded it.

4. Ray says "loading" like its going to load; but then... it just sits there and does nothing but says "loading" forever.

Someone suggested that it may be my ports or something to do with Ray. (I'm running the latest version of Ray ... whatever comes w/ 6.1 as of July 2008. I think thats Ray 3.5). I had Dolphin Geeks install RMS on my servers but I had never paid for the license for the mp3 player so they didn't get it up and running when they did the other widgets. I just threw in the license last week.

Suggestions anyone?

might need to bump up your max_execution time on your php.ini that has resolved it for some in the past. but at the same time, i have seen it not have any effect at all, and the only thing that repaired it was a fresh install of ray. there are just so many things that go wrong with an install, if its not done professionally. just as so many ignore server requirements and the greatest evil of us all is the fact that we agree that we have read terms and conditions. the slightest of errors during an install, or maybe not an error at all, but a novice oversight, can wreak havoc on this application.

try to increase your max_execution_time on the php ini and if that dont help, give me a shout.

Go to Settings -> Advanced Settings scroll to the bottom "make sure RayPro Enabled and Save Changes. Next go into the Ray Widget CP and select mp3 make sure it is registered. Then goto MusicPlayer and register it with the same license number as mp3 player. Set all the appropriate functions in the Admin panels of both especially permitted file upload size.

Should work now, let me know.

Max execution time was already bumped up from 30 to 300 before I wrote this.

I could not set the music player registration license to the same license as the mp3 widget becuase both were already registered. Not sure where or how to "swap" out registration licenses. Ray pro has always been enabled from Advanced settings.

Max post size and max upload size are up to 50M. Mp3 player was at 8m before i wrote this so it wasn't like it was higher than what was in php.ini.
