Lots of glitches with Chat+ / RocketChat

I have had a few ongoing nagging problems using chat+ / rocket.chat

Biggest issue is chat+ server freezing/becoming non-responsive when restarting. I've researched rocket.chat and they had a similar issue when using slack bridge but it was resolved supposedly. I've spoken to rocket.chat reps as well. 

This isn't a specific boonex issue as the same freeze happened on a beta rocket.chat cloud chat I set up which is entirely on their servers.

My issue is in developing a site which relies heavily on the chat functionality and I cannot deploy or promote it with this problem. It's not even something that can be quickly fixed. On the VPS server I have to have tech support reset. On the rocket.chat cloud server their tech department must correct it. Not even something I can go in to restart/correct in ssh.

Any input, experience or insight would be deeply appreciated.

Chat+ has been an epic let down and not even being used in my site right now due to not being able to have SSL attached. They say it is still in BETA but I had to move on completely with another option. Will probably be downgrading my VPS also to save on hosting fees. The only reason I upgraded to the VPS was because it was required to run Chat+.

My best advice is to move on to a more further developed chat platform. Just my experience with it.
