Looking hot - but resource intensive

Just visited the D7 demo site and it seems the are making changes without announcing it.   It does look pretty hot I must admit, but also looks like it could be really resource intensive.  Did you see the new video comments you can post?  Pretty cool, but I'll bet the space adds up pretty quickly with that feature enabled.  I'm thinking maybe our days of using the this on a shared server might be nearing an end - which is too bad because $160/.month  plus is a bit much for some of us to swallow.   Has anyone seen the admin backend yet?

Why not use a VPS? is so much cheaper.. and if you have a small site this is the best way to start..
