Looking for a reliable host? Beware!!!

I am not typically a negative person, and try to resolve problems without posting, however, I need you to be aware of "Blazing Nova" run by Praveen.

I contacted Praveen after seeing an add on this website.  I paid him to install Dolphin and signed up for his most expensive plan.  It took him 1 month to do the install correctly.  I wan't happy about that, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt and stayed with him.

In July, his server was hacked, and all my data was lost.  Foolish mistake by me for not backing up everything.  My site was down for 10 days.  He moved me to a"more secure" server and I had all my student members join again.  It took just a few weeks for this server to become hacked.  Our website has been down since September 4th.  I have contacted Praveen about canceling my account and making a refund. He has ignored the situation. 

Please be careful when choosing a host.
I certainly do not recommend Blazing Nova or Praveen.
