Looking for a partner

I have started this site 3months ago though the domain was registered in december, i have more than 200 members and more than 10 chatters daily. its just growing

I am orginally from Africa so most chatters are from africa and germany. I am looking for a partner who will join me as i do no have the require resources (fund and labour) to handle it.

Is it a dating site? I'm confused as the slider images are of children... 

 Some little advises..

Do not use an animated favicon..it is a very old choice and not looking pro.

Also the color of your template is too dark..maybe a little boring.

If this is a dating site you should use more warm colors, more attractive, also the logo is too big for a dating site. The logo does not matter too much I think in a dating site.

I would start with the little fixes. Many people forget that colors are 50% of the success of a webiste especially when dating sites where people should be attracted and not rejected.
