See my PM about hosts not to go to from my past experience. For the rest that maybe interested. Sounds like you want to have a Completely managed Server and a Webmaster who is fully versed with Dolphin software managing your site. You may need to pay for this separately.
Zarconia.net maybe the best as far as set up to host Dolphin software. They are not a Managed Server company. You would still need someone to set it up and manage the server end making sure your site is running optimally. If you are buying Dolphin Premiere license than Boonex does the initial software set up. You will need to go in and adjust the site to your needs and desires. Zarconia.net has been great so far answering questions and with initial setup assistance. They are fully versed on a lot of the aspects of this software, as well as moderators here. They answer questions quickly and easily understand your need.
I would suggest them as a host solution. Manage the front end web hosting and Dolphin software yourself, while you look locally for a reliable programmer and webmaster that will come in and help on a request basis who is versed in Dolphin, only if needed. Who better to initial design your site then yourself. Dolphin makes it easy. Most software modules sold here are supported by the developer and you can easily learn how to or ask questions here in the forum for help to fix any issue yourself.
Now to give you an idea of how costly it maybe to get to a beginners stage fully managed operation. Rackspace offers fully managed Server starting out at about $375-$400 per month, but they have no idea about dolphin software needs. To hire a webmaster to babysit it probably starting about the same without upgrades. They would charge extra for any work that would need to be done. They will not only be babysitting your site but others. That can run into the thousands.
