Logo Image alignment

Hi,

My site image/logo always seems to have gap between it and the navigation bar irrespective of which css file I change.  I have tried to modify div.design_box_border and div.sys_main_logo changing margins and padding.

I have caching turned off.

Any quick pointers/suggestion that can be made?
