Live line

f you want to make your website live, dynamic and attractive - this module is exactly for you!!!

The module shows online members avatars in a line. It refreshes dynamically and the site admin is able:

1. To set up a time for mod to be refreshed.

2. To manage who and how module shows. IE: women only, with avatars only.

3. To set up a number of members to be shown.

4. Which thumb size to show (small or large).

5. To set up a line position: at the top or bottom of the website.

6. Site users can hide this line.

This is a great mod, adds a really nice feature to the site. eSASe support is also top notch :-)

I've noticed one thing about this mod..

 It automatically updates the "Live Line" when someone Joins, yet when someone logs out it's not LIVE & doesn't update. It displays the user as being Online.

You have to refresh the page for it to update. I was expecting it to be LIVE for logins & logouts.

Can this be fixed?

nothing wrong with it, (i think lol..) it's how dolphin script works, in admin section you can  change the 
"Time period in minutes within which a member is considered to be online" wouldn't make much sense if it showed offline and the rest of the site would show online like on the browse.php ..

would be nice if it used it's own langs. keys and not the default ones from dolphin.

What files are involved in this update, i have mine modified so i can not just download and re-upload the modules, ill have to edit the files manually

1. Open you  "classes/SasOnlineMembersTemplate.php"

a.find these code lines:

htmlentities(str_replace(array_keys($aUnits), array_values($aUnits),
                    $this -> _getMemberExplanationBox($aProfileInfo)))

and replace with:

htmlentities(str_replace(array_keys($aUnits), array_values($aUnits),
                    $this -> _getMemberExplanationBox($aProfileInfo)), ENT_QUOTES, 'UTF-8')

b. Find this code line:

return addslashes($this -> parseHtmlByName('explanation_box.html', $aTemplateKeys));

and replace with:

return ($this -> parseHtmlByName('explanation_box.html', $aTemplateKeys));
