Link directly to a member's own Blog section...

Each member has their own specific blog home URL according to their nickname. Is there any way of putting a link elsewhere on the site for example "My Blog" and enable to to link to that particular member's own blog section? It will be something like this:

.../blogs/posts/nickname

Any ideas?
