I would like to limit the number of characters for comments on the Friends Timeline. For example: in the Timeline it will list along the lines of "member1 commented on a blog post" and it lists the whole comment; and sometimes the comments are quite long. All that is needed is x characters of the comment; enough to help one decided if one wishes to go and leave their own comment. I have seen full size YouTubes where the comment included a YouTube; that doesn't need to be in the Timeline.
Is this a setting, or hard coded?
