Likes Module Support (Modzzz)

This is the support forum for the Likes module

This mod has been updated for Dolphin 7.1

Version 2.0.1 released. (see patches/version_2.0.1 folder for instructions)

Fixes duplicate entry error.

2 Questions.... 

1. I am currently using the standard like button in 7.1. It puts the boonex Logo next to the description on the persons face book post. On you module am I able to set my own image? 

2. Will it override the stock like option?

1) This mod has nothing to do with facebook. Please check the screenshot and demo to see exactly how it works.

2) It does not override any existing Dolphin functionality.

Added the ability to dislike (thumbs down) items.

Integration with my Points module has been added.

Re-upload module/modzzz/likes/classes folder then follow the instructions in the readme_points_integration.txt

Hey Modzzz,

I just noticed that the likes box has nothing in it.. I just liked a article and the page refreshed. The action block shows to unlike it but the liked box is still empty?

I know it use to work so there must be a conflict somewhere on the site? How would I go tracking that down?

I cannot provide any feedback to this without troubleshooting the actual site. I would have to look at the site to see what else is on it etc.

Likes Module - This is now compatible with Dolphin 7.2 . For those upgrading from Dolphin 7.1, please check the upgrade folder for instructions.

An issue with liking Sounds has been fixed. The following file is updated :

modules\modzzz\likes\classes\BxLikesModule.php

This mod is now updated for Dolphin 7.3

An update has been made to the following file to fix a duplicate entry error :

The like/dislikes filter in the "Members Who Like this Block" is not working under version 7.3.2

I can see code and in the admin/timeline I can see options not to show "Likes and dislikes" on timelines but I'm not seeing any at all. Are they supposed to appear on the timeline (as long as they are not excluded)?

I see events for likes in the database along side the new pictures,  friend acceptance etc. However, they don't show. I even see entries in the database for putting blocks onto pages but not in the page editor. 

Not sure this version is happy with 7.3.2. It could be something to do with the ssl also. 

Modzzz is on the case though. Fingers crossed.
