Licenses used but not active, can I have it back for real use?

Hello!

A while ago, when we first started out with Dolphin, my former developer had registered a test site before we launched our real idea. He registered this with a Prime License, but it was never intended to go into production. The site is closed for good.

But.. The thing is I need that license now to launch a similar site but on another domain. How can I get my third license back?

Is it possible at all?

Go to your licences and click on the licence. Then click the reset button. The licence then can be used on another domain.

Hello!

Please, try to follow these instructions:

1 Go to your Unity account - My Licenses and click on the domain name link under your license code. In the pop-up click on  Reset
2 Log into admin panel - settings - advanced settings - Dolphin license code
3 Remove license number and save settings
4 Log out and log in again.
5 You should be requested to register license code. Please, insert your license and click on register.
6 Log out and log in again
7 Check if your domain name was tracked here on Unity in My Licenses section next to your license code
8 If not please, make sure allow_url_fopen is enabled

Regards, Lyubov

Below is the legacy version of the Boonex site, maintained for Dolphin.Pro 7.x support.
The new Dolphin solution is powered by UNA Community Management System.
