License purchased - but I didn't get it!

I bought a license last night, but got no update in my account or email response showing that I got the license. But I definitely have the Paypal receipt showing it. I sent in a support ticket last night. Just how long does it take to get a response from a ticket? 24 hours?  48 hours? What should I expect?

Why wouldn't the license show  up in my account automatically? Just asking? I thought a software purchase would be set up in a automated paying system, ready for download, etc...

I would like a little info on this situation-I don't want to get a refund from Paypal. I want to set up my script.
