It will work, you just have to wait for the servers to update and verify the license code.

Is there a problem if i use license from www.domainname.com on subdomain.domainname.com ?

Quote · 7 Aug 2009

Yes, that would be a problem.  Licenses do not go from yoursite.com/ to yoursite.com/subdomain

The system will see those as 2 completely different sites as they are 2 completely different installs of Dolphin.  1 License allows you to run 1 Dolphin install, not 20 different installs, even if they are on the same domain, just different subdomains.

I am facing the same issue and i have not installed it on a subdomain. Even after inserting the licence it still has the boonex ad displayed at the bottom. I have reinstalled it atleast 3 time but always the same. Any help would be appriciated

in your php.ini u'll need to have allow_url_fopen = on

that way boonex server can access your dolphin script
and it can take some time to process and update the license it took me about 2 days

I got it working. The only thing that I did was delete the licence code from the admin pannel. logged out of admin account and then logged in and put the same code again. It worked for me.

Okay, this might just be a language block, so I'll ask first:

Did you install a license you paid for meaning:

Did the license come from the section of your account titled:  Ad-Free Licenses

or

Free Licenses

If it came from the second one, then you will have the Ads still.  Just checking because you said:

...and clicked to get a Free Ads license for that subdomain....

Below is the legacy version of the Boonex site, maintained for Dolphin.Pro 7.x support.
The new Dolphin solution is powered by UNA Community Management System.
