License not received

It's been 2 days already. Emailed support. No Answer! I placed an order for 90 days license, never got the email with the license info.

Check for your licence here in unity in the licence section of your account. Click on the Account button. UPPER right of screen.

In the left column of that page under account page, click on My licences.

Your licence should be on that page.

Yea I did that already. I see my other licenses, but not the newest one that was purchased 4 days ago. I get no response from my rep and no response from support@boonex.com...not good busine

They take too much time to reply :(

When i asked questions ( need urgent help ), it is after 30 hours that i get a respond from them :(

Next time if you have any issues, please, contact your agents.. not support@boonex.com or sales@boonex.com.. but your agents via the Unity mail box.

To new customers, that's why once you are registered, you need to choose an agent.

My current agent takes 4 weeks to respond. But there currently is no way to switch agents.

He said he got no response from his rep...... That is why he went other routes.....
