License lookup

Can someone at Boonex's tech support or sales look up my license and tell me if it is an ad-free license?  I will email license directly to them as I do not want to publish it here online.

You should be able to tell yourself. Go to your account. Click account on top menu. Then My Licenses. The left column shows what the license type is.

Within My Licenses, it says the type is "unlimited."  I assume that means "ad-free"...however, I am still getting the Boonex adds on my site even though I have entered the license number in the Admin section.

The fact I'm still getting the ads to show up despite entering the license number could be because within My Licenses section, I have no domain registered.  So I tried to register my domain within My Licenses, but there is no where to do so.

If that does not work, and the license still shows as unregistered, then check your php setting for allow_url_fopen and make sure it is on.
