License Removed

Hello everyone,

I have mistakenly removed my license rather than reset. I tried to contact support but they have not come back to me. What is the best way to gain/retrieve? I am devastated.

Just go into your Boonex account, you will see it

Permanent licenses can't be removed. So the license had to have been a free one if you actually were able to remove it. There is no way to create them anymore as the free licenses have been eliminated in dolphin 7.1

Free licenses are not needed anyway. The software is fully functional without them.

I thought ilitliyim was talking about after a reinstall.

The author of the topic did not say which version they were using.  Perhaps they removed it for 7.0.9 or earlier.

Even so. You still can't generate new free licenses even if the site is 7.0.9. But even on 7.0.9 a license is not required. The free ones just got rid of the nag in admin. They did nothing else.

Thank you to everyone,

My first question is - I remove my free license .. it totally removed..it had some setting and looks like I lost it. Any chances to back that free license?

Secondly, I click reset same type free license and I don`t know how to edit/change name?

Thirdly, I don`t know how to download the dolphin to my website? I am very very newbie. If any help or links please, it will more helpful to me.

Licenses do not affect any settings in dolphin. So if some setting has changed it has nothing to do with the license. You will need to look for another reason as the license is not it.

The answer is no.

For the reset question, clicking the reset button changes the associated domain of the license to "unregistered".  This allows you to add it to another site.

But Deano is correct - free licenses have been discontinued.  You can't generate any more, and new versions of Dolphin won't accept them.

Edit: Dolphin can be downloaded from: http://www.boonex.com/paymentprovider/payment#download

It's called a trial, but there are no feature or time restrictions.
