The license I had for a site which is no longer operational for 2 years, can I use that same license for a new site? or do I have to purchase another one.

Yes you can.

Go into your licences section. http://www.boonex.com/websites/licenses

Click on the licence you want to use and reset it. That will allow you to register it on another domain.

Would I have to upload the latest script again?

Not sure what you mean there.

The licence can be used on any version of dolphin 7.

The reset of the licence just un-registers it from the domain it was registered on so you can use it on another domain. The license works on any version of dolphin 7.
